You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

One account is for one person. Sharing your login or downloaded files with others is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

Paid plans are billed in Bangladeshi Taka (tk) through manual mobile-banking transfers (such as bKash, Nagad or Rocket) to the numbers shown at checkout.

After you pay, you submit your transaction details for review. Your plan activates once our team verifies the payment — usually within a few hours. If a payment cannot be verified, the order is rejected and your account remains unchanged.

Plans renew monthly. Renewals are not automatic; you pay again at checkout when your plan expires.

Each plan includes a monthly download credit limit. One credit unlocks one template file.

Templates are sourced from third-party marketplaces (such as UI8, Freepik and Envato). Each item remains subject to its original marketplace license — please check the license terms on the source listing before commercial use.

Downloaded files are for your own design work. You may not resell, redistribute, or upload the raw files to other platforms.

You agree not to abuse the service: no scraping, automated bulk downloading, attempting to bypass credit limits, or interfering with the platform.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site; continuing to use UI Unit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
