Refund Policy

Because UI Unit delivers digital files, refunds are limited — but we always aim to be fair. Here's how it works.
1. Before verification
If you paid but your order has not been approved yet, you can ask us to cancel it at any time and we will return your payment in full to the same mobile-banking number.
2. After your plan is activated
Once a payment is verified and your plan is active, the purchase is generally non-refundable, since download credits become available immediately.
Exceptions we will consider: you were charged twice for the same plan, the service was unavailable for an extended period during your billing month, or a verified technical fault prevented you from downloading anything at all.
3. Individual downloads
If a file you unlocked is corrupt, incomplete, or clearly not what was listed, contact us within 7 days. We will either restore the credit or provide the correct file.
4. How to request
Email the support address shown in the footer with your account email, order receipt number and transaction ID. Verified refunds are sent back to the same mobile-banking number within 3–5 working days.
